You can walk to the station in about 5 minutes.

The London underground (tube) train will get you to Stratford for the Olympic Stadium in about 10 minutes.

In 15 minutes you can be at the Olympics!

You can also walk or cycle to the O2 Arena (Millennium Dome), where several Olympic events are taking place, via the Greenwich underground foot tunnel, a London landmark built in 1902 being newly refurbished for the Olympic Games in 2012. Nearby also are the
'Cutty Sark' and the National Maritime Museum. A train also goes to the O2 Arena.

At Greenwich you can straddle the line marked as 0° longitude, so half of you is in the eastern hemisphere and the other half in the western hemisphere! Have a Mean Time in Greenwich!

Let's not forget working! Canary Wharf is also the humming hive of business, with some of the world's largest and most prestigious companies centred here.

The River Thames, the canals and bridges, the peaceful parks, open spaces and the soaring skyscrapers all contribute to feelings of exhilaration and well-being.
